Hi porto . Did as suggested and re flowed the connections on the wire pins.
I have now cured it setting off the hazzards but still needs the ignition on to open the fuel flap and the boot is dead.
Do you have any ideas what the issue is ??

Not sure about size. its just I can get the thermostat but nobody seems to have the bolt and washer.
Somebody must sell them?
They are made of brass I think band have a taper at the bottom.

Hi Porto. Do you know anything about the switches on this panel??? Mine is operating the hazzards when I try and open the fuel flap and only opens it when the ign is on not as usual when switched off??? Tryed cleaning the connectors on the loom cable and the pins on the unit but no joy. Can you shed...

Right just for info this starter problem turns out so far , to be down to the gear selector switch on the back of the gear box not telling the ecu it was in "P" or "N" stopping it from turning over.

There is a fuse under the center console in a relay that comes off a lead that is attatched to the air bag ecu, also in the same place. Boyh are worth checking .
As said the codes must be cleared first to verify the fault is gone.

Hi Peeps does anybody know who or where I might find an inhibitor switch or info about it. Its bolted to the back at the top of the valve gear housing and its connected to the gear link cable with a ball connector. I am presuming this is the switch that tells the car what gear is selected. Thank you . Is there a specific way to bleed it ?
Or do you just do as normally furthest wheel etc...do you need to bleed the unit or just the brakes?
I only ask as iI have replaced pipes to the ABS and master cyl also the front caliper pipes ....
