amount of sold Q4's per country

Is there a site for a global search?
If there is I would be very thankful if you can post it here. To be more specific, I'm looking for some background on our Q4.

I got the info years ago from Arese, i think there will be per country a site that registers a car. It differs in the way it's registrated. In hOlland it's by license plates, in other country' by a person or brand/type.

I hope members will post the site where to find a car that registerd in theire country.
