164 Auto gear selector

Postby 164fan » Sat Jan 07, 2017 1:06 pm

Hi
Is the gear selector meant to have lights that indicate whether in P, N,D,3,2 etc.., please? Mine is totally unlit so I can't see where to shift to when it is dark.
Thanks

Ian

I am sure it should, but I do not have any experience with that. I would also look at fuses and plugs regarding this issue.

There are a few 'bits' of the display showing so power is getting there, so I doubt a fuse is the problem unfortunately.

Yes, it's supposed to be lit. Also the buttons for "Sport" and "Ice".

Then I would suggest checking the light bulbs. I don't know if they are similar to the other instrumentation.
