Searching for Alfa 164 3.0 24V engine control unit 0261200663

Dear 164 Owners,

I'm looking for a Bosch 0 261 200 663 engine control unit (Motronic M1.7). This control unit is shared with Alfa 164 3.0 24V Super, 3.0 24V QV, 3.0 24V Q4 with different ROM content. To sum up, any 164 3.0 24V engine control unit will be welcome.

Any help (or idea who may have this one) would be appreciated.

Be aware that the ECU is different for the Q4 (M3.7), they are also much more difficult to find.

Unfortunately not available under the link posted above (it says "ask for availability" and I can tell you that it means it's sadly N/A).

I'm pretty sure you can only get used ones, unless some forgotten stock pops up on eBay etc.

Not surprising, I guess. Ebay and similar places would then be the most likely places to search. Also if you find a non-working one, it might be possible to have it fixed, e.g. at a place like this (German site):
