I went to Zandvoort again; this time for the Spettacolo Sportivo Alfa Romeo. I am volunteer there every year for technical support. That also means be there early on Saturday (sometimes even on Fridays), have little sleep Saturday night and leave late Sunday night. Sounds bad and it is fantastic

Somehow the rainy early hours of Saturday created a light colour that fits very nice the colour and lines of my 164. So much more elegant than the Giulietta in front of it.

Over the weekend I spotted a little over 10 164's which was a lot but still made it one of the rarer cars on the event. If you exclude race cars it was probable only the 8C, Matta and TZ that were in smaller numbers. This year I also did not see any Rio or Arna. A Junior Zagato, a SZ/RZ or a 4C each had at least 2 or 3 times more cars as representation. So... maybe next year more 164's?

In between my activities I had every now and then time for some pictures and visiting the stands with Alfa parts. I had one success; the caps in the wheels.
