greetings

Post by marino » Mon Jun 29, 2015 8:51 pm

Hi everyone glad to be registered here. My name is MArino which although italian in context and indeed my family is mainly in itaky i grew up in the uk. I own 3 164 a 91 twin spark that needs a respray , a 95 24v low miles that has minor accident damage that hopefully i will get done one day although im considering selling this with the parts to repair included, and my daily driver which i bought from the original owners son after he passed away . its a 1990 colverleaf which ive recommisioned after a 10 year layup which is on the road and im ironing out the bugs that a long layup causes like corroded connections etc but its a good car and its great to be behind the wheel of a 164 again.

hope to post some interesting thigs for you guys soon

Welcome, Marino. A rare sight to see a 164 in White. Sounds like pity to break up the low mileage 24v for spares. Is the damage expensive to fix? Any photos of the 24v and Twinspark?

Welcome :) That is a great collection of 164's! I hope that the 24V will remain on the road, whether sold or not.

Photos of them all would be nice!

Beautiful - white is my fav colour for a 164, and the 12V Cloverleaf models look awesome in the white/grey combo. Looks like your interior is tan leather too?

I imagine the twin spark must be a fun daily driver too. My only interaction with twin spark engines has been in an early 156 and they sure love to rev. What colour is the twin spark?

Hope you manage to get the 24V back on the road, but if you end up parting it out let me know!
