I contacted the guy you used in Danmark but he was not happy to ship. I made them in a Local hyd stor. Several time to and back to Get it fitted. I still miss one double banjo bolt as you can see on the first picture. I hope this Will function. Used 6 mm pipe insted of 5mm for supply from servo. Anyway all hoses are reachabel for modification

Then the car has been on the road for the first time in 5 years. 1 hour drive, almost everything is good, nice ride, suspension is in good shape and the car feels tight. Small vibration from the front wheel and the injection lamp is lid. I don't know yet what fault this could be. Best of all was the 4 wheel drive, the symbol was on till i got over 30km/h and the it switch off :D :D :D :D :D , but should it switch off after few second when starting?
Tested it on gravel and it spin on all four wheels

Great news :D

Did you get the diagnosis sw to connect to ECU? That might tell you why the injector light is on.

The 4WD light should go out after a few seconds with ignition on - I think.

Yes, you should remove the carpet on the right side (passenger side also in the case of the Q4 :) ) of the center console. There are 2 or 3 screws and you need to 'unclick' the plastic next to the center display. Behind the carpet you will find the 3-pin plugs and boxes for both the Motronic and Viscomatic.

Should have been at home and starting repair the Recaro seats, but had to work one more week away on a job. More work is more money into the car

Have bought full leather cleaning and color matching set for the seats , Colourlock system.

Alarm and remote control will be sent to England to be put back to "start" so it will function with the new remote. Got a tip that it's best to use two CR2016 insted of one CR2032, you got little bit higher voltage and the range will improve. Picture will come when I am back at home 20 Dec.

When the weather turned colder I decided to try to change the abs ecu in hope of snow. I had earlier found out that the ecu was dead since all relay and power to the unit was function. New ECU for abs fitted, and yeeeees abs and 4 wheel drive is back on again. Today the snow arrived :) so straight out for a real test, very Nice system, almost as good as 155 Q4 from take off with snow under the wheels :P . Tok a video of poor quality that i hope to upload soon :)
The 4 wheel drive warning lamp is still on, so have to checked what this is, also the injection lamp lied up. Before this warning lamp only lied now and then, but now its on all the time. Think the old abs ecu fucked up the motor ECU.

8)

Been a while since I did that with my Q4 - due to lack of snow and 4WD...

Looks like the 4WD light is on??

Yes it is, have to read the fault code, but still the 4wd function. I think it is the speedsignal from speedometer that shows 186km/h all the time. Before I change the ABS module it went of after a minute. I have to invest in a action camera, not easy to take video with the iPhone when driving and controling the car.
Snow is not here to often either, but 25 min drive we have plenty!

Where do you see the read out of 186km/h? It seems that your speedometer does not have any reading?

Have you read out possible error codes from the motronic?

The speedometer is function now and then, but the ECU is taken signal from the speedometer and. When connect with diagnostic it shows 186km/h. Faults on ECU is knock sensors and this speed signal.
