Hmmm. I think I have one of those somewhere in my garage. It was off a normal 1991 3.0 12v 164. I'll have a look tomorrow and see if I can find it. To avoid losing them all the time, I drilled a small hole in mine and another small hole adjacent to it on the bumper and put a little black cable-tie through them. This stops it from being blown away at high speed.

Ah I thought it might be. The Q4 has a body kit doesn't it? I notice in some of the pics that they have flares on the bottom of the bumpers and sill covers. Sorry I can't help in this case.
Good luck though. There are a few places on UK ebay that break 164s you might find what you are looking for but I should expect you will have to buy the whole bumper.

Maybe I'll have to do it, if I do not have an alternative.

Sure everyone has one of those tucked into a corner of their garage! Lol. Wish I had one myself but they are a bit pricey. A really cool piece of kit though.

They come down in price every month and there are companies who do it for you i.e. rent it out to you to produce one piece.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago, and than a new OEM came out on Ebay.de.
I know you are far from UK but this sounds like a very good opportunity. Maybe just try to ask to the seller.

However keep an eye on ebay, with some patience you'll find it!

Hi all 164ers,
If you need any more parts and have a picture of it or a broken version, just give this 3d printing service a call. they can make any 164 part from scratch and have it over to you in a couple of days.
Might be worth a go...
