Wiper arm support plate

Hi All
I have a problem with my windshield wiper on the driver side. I have the double type wiper arm, and unfortunately I managed to brake the little screw, securing down the supporting wiper arm. Now I need this plate, to be able to tighten down both of the arms. I attached a picture about the part, I was talking about. If anybody has one of these, please contact me.
