All 164 24V has the same hose. I think I made mine from a piece of thicker fuel hose, bought at the local parts shop. Probably cost around 4 euros to make. You can heat it slightly to permanently bend it, so it fits well and looks like the original. A heat gun or warm water works well for this.

When doing the rear, make sure the suspension is at loaded level. This can be done in a number of ways. Otherwise, enough fluid won't reach the caliper.

The part number for the steering angle sensor is 60568856.
The sensor has three cables. One for ground, one for constant 5V and one for signal.

You got very lucky with getting a lot of spares, as the supply surely is drying up for 164:s. Sounds like you made a great deal.
