We (Hendrik and I, Erwin) are busy organising an International Alfa 164 meeting. This will happen in Germany, location will be near the Edersee/Waldeck. The precise location will be announced in a few weeks.
It will be a huge meeting with members from diverse 164/168 fora located in Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Swiss, Austria and France. We look forward of meeting you and your 164.

Erwin and I went to Paderborn (Germany) for a look about the youth hostile, the area and had a nice conversation with Mr. Kasselmann.
on saturday 26th sept 2015 during the day we will welcome everybody at the location where we will spend the night, this will be till about 17:00 hours. (the exact location for the night overwill be desided later, this because we need to know how many will join this meeting.)
In the evening we will have a joint barbeque or a diner in a restaurant nearby. (also depending on the night-over location)
sunday morning 10:00 we will start with a ride of 30-40 min to Barntrup, here is situated a big Alfa Romeo spare parts dealer "Frank Hanel", also available a lot of 164 parts, here we have time for a drink, something to eat, a talk and perhaps you want to buy something.
This will be till about 13:30, than we will take a tourist route (60 - 75 min) to Thomas Kasselmann Classics in Paderborn.
Thomas Kasselmann was for 25 years a Alfa Romeo dealer, nov 2014 he quit being a dealer and focused on Classic cars, in his collectin there are a few Alfa Romeo's.
During that time we have to opportunity to look arround and have some drinks, next to the company he also has a Trattoria, we could have a pizza or pasta after the visit or during the time we are at Kasselmans.
About the drinks and snacks at Hanel and Kasselmann we have to work this out with them.
If we have a small idea about how many members we can expect we can have a more targeted search.
For now we have a youth hostile, there are only rooms for 4-6 people.
The price incuding a barbeque in the hostile is about € 45,- per person per night.
The price for a hotel or Pension will be at least € 70 - 90,= per person per night and without a barbeque.
Another option is that we look for a night over individual, it would be nicer if we could stay all at 1 place.
