Alfa 164 meet 5/2017 - Czech Republic

Hello guys,

I would like to invite you for small meet of 164 owners which I'm trying to arrange
It will take in Central Bohemia (middle of the Czech Republic = middle of Europe ). I know for most of you it will be far far away, but maybe some of you will have way around or would like to participate

So far it has not been decided if it will be one or two day event but if some of you would come from greater distance I bet we could prolong it for at least two days

Exact location will be decided at the end of the February-beginning of the March - I will update it here once known.
Also after that I will be happy to help anyone with arranging accommodation, etc. if needed

So, there's already more then 10 votes for the meeting day therefore it was dediced this event will take plase on 6.5.2016 (with an option to sleep over in hotel where in the evening there will be a meet (some barbeque, winehouse also available, screening of automotive videos/photos, etc.). Price for nice is 350CZK/night.

I have updated vote form - who will want to stay over the night please tag also 7.5. + if you will arrive with more people (wife/GF/kids) please add behind your name +x where x = number of persons who will arrive with you. We plan some shared ride, maybe also some sight seeing - will be confirmed in advance.

This meeting is closing by, so I would like to ask if there are some other interested 164 owners who would like to come?
If you will just come for one day, you don't have to let me know in advance (but you risk you won't get event sticker - I have ordered them already ), if you will want to stay at the same place as the rest do, please let me know till the end of March so we can book accommodation etc.

Here are details about the meet in case somebody would like to join

10:00 - 11:00 - Meeting at the town square in Přibyslav (https://mapy.cz/zakladni?x=15.7372322&y ... f&id=54163" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) - meeting each others, waiting for those who are late, etc.
11:00 - 11:30 - departure from Přibyslav into Žďár for lunch, parking directly outside of the hotel/restaurant (zde https://mapy.cz/zakladni?x=15.9385266&y ... d=12979374" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;),
11:30 - 13:30 - lunch (I count more time so we are not in rush and can enjoy the meal). Please take cash with you - they don't accept credit cards!
13:30 - 14:00 - transfer to UNESCO sight Zelená Hora (we will park here https://mapy.cz/zakladni?x=15.9393742&y ... f&id=38988" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; , there should be enough place and I have to backup parking locations ; it's about 600m of nice walk)
14:00 - 15:00 - for those who will be interested there's reserved time for guided tour at 14:00 (time duration approximately 45 minutes; tickets are 100kč adults/50kč children - if we will be group of at least 10, otherwise 110/60), who won't want to attend can have a walk in the area, chat by the cars with others, etc.
15:00 - 15:30 - move to hotel U Hrocha (https://mapy.cz/zakladni?x=15.9301334&y ... d=12794052" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
15:30 - ????? - free time - chat, wathing some automotive videos (I have projector), some good food and drinks

If weather will allow we can have some photo-session, we have some tipped locations, this will be agreed in place based on weather and our willingnes
In case of any questions, please feel free to ask! Weather forecast so far is changable, so we have to hope in some improvement

So the event was quite successfull although not as many cars have arrived as I hoped for (for various reason).
