Just a post to help anyone having a fuel pressure problem.
I had this on my 3L V6 with idling and accelaration uncorrect.
I put a manometer on fuel injection entry fiding only 1 bar.
I changed the pressure damper, nothing better, then I changed the pump, took off and cleaned the injectors,
vacuumed water and aluminium dirts in tank bottom, but nothing changed.
A second time I took off the fuel pump and finally I disassembled the small hose placed under the plastic cap
in HP line between iron tube and exit.
You can see this was cause of low fuel pressure because it was worn inside so fuel under pressure could sort out.
When I took off the pump I noticed this hose was fully wet with gas.
Now after replace... 6 bar at entry, waiting for the new pressure damper I have purchased.
