Q4-Il Quadrifoglio jan/feb 1994; introducing the Q4

[164 TD]

In the January/ February 1994 issue of the magazine "Il Quadrifoglio" was a large coverarticle on the 164 Q4 with Allessandre Nannini. I see long shadows and trees without leaves, taken on the Varano circuit.So it must be late autumn, early winter. The Q4's are numbered all the way up till 20 so in the winter of 1993/1994, Alfa must at least have had 20 Q4's ready for the road.These must have been made in 1993.

Thanks for posting; both of you! I read the last inset in the Dutch magazine's version that states that from now on "all the 3 liter Super 24V would be delivered with driver's side airbag". Mine doesn't have one. If that came later in the RHD markets? My car was assembled Dec 1993.

Mine is from Sept. 1994, and doesn't have it eather...

Maybe the wish for it didn't became reality?

2 years ago in Zandvoort Erwin and I spoke the current owner of the Q4 wich Sandro drives over the curbs. He could show full history and paperwork.
