Looks like you found the Holy Grale !
Unfortunately Google translate doesn't do a good job on the translation, but I got the rougher idea.
I'm going to contact the guy.

The guy offers a kit of these "screws" (finto bulloncino). He writes that each wheel has got 24 bulloncini pieces, ergo 96 in total for 4 wheels. Thus the kit he offers counts 100 pieces, each for EUR 1,- and delivery in addition = EUR 110 in total.

Re: set of 'screws' for QV/Q4 16" wheels
Update from the seller:
He had the idea to make them in metal (an alloy called Zamak) using a CNC lathe (for rings), and merge an Allen screw (hexagon socket) steel, diameter 6, 6x1 thread.
The quantity that was prepared is 2000 pieces.
There are currently 500 units available.
These parts (screw and ring, 500 pieces) are the kind you see in the picture. Were treated galvanically and through a process of aging ("antique silver") based on "quinine."
One consequence of this treatment is the deposit of "quinine" inside the hexagon and the word "Speedline" (for this reason you see it in black).
There's no plastic parts. Zamak for the ring and steel for the Allen screw.
As I said, 500 pieces are of this kind. But there's not 500 pieces only. There are 1000 pieces too (500 in Michele's hands, 500 at the workshop) without process of aging (so there's not the black “Speedline” and the black interior exagon).
In short, there are 1500 pieces available now. 500 “antique silver” and 1000 normal.
About the quality of the parts
He dipped the pieces in:
-gasoline
-alcool
-brakes oil
-thinner
for several days. No damage.
He chose 40 mm screws because frequently the hole where you go to thread is oxidized and (he told me) is better if you go deep to do a better thread.
He also put a glue for hold the screws thread, but not so strong (medium glue) because he wants to have the chance to remove it if he have to restore the rims.

Re: set of 'screws' for QV/Q4 16" wheels
Plastic screws aren't that stupid after all. They will cause no oxidation of the aluminum rims and no damage to the clear coating when they are installed.
So I really wonder what effect these metal screws have on the original rims, especially in harsh conditions like a salty environment.

I'm interested in a set too!
I have two sets of QV/Q4 rims and I want to restore one set back to original newstate. Looking at your pictures you've gone that way already. To avoid the corrosionproblem, I will drive them in summertime only.
